Winter weekends finale, and found some old footage!

Firstly, winter weekends.
The first three were pretty decent, and probably helped out a lot of players and got the community together.
However, the "finale" to the year was the snowmen update, which, in a sentence, was poorly implemented. I'm not going to bother going into details, just picture the black Friday wallmart sales, but busier, and inside a game- except the rewards were crap.

Anyway, I've been perusing my HDD and managed to find some interesting old video's from last year, in which I found a bug that let me kill almost any normally unattackable NPC.
The video is 18 minutes long, 3.5gig in size, and won't let me edit it in Premiere Pro..
Once I get back to Uni, I'll try to download some software or something in an attempt to convert the stubborn AVI file, either that or just upload the whole thing to youtube, or screencap the screencap into a different format. Either way I'll need a lot of bandwidth, and I can't be bothered doing all of that with the internet here.

So, look out in the next few weeks, some never-before-seen NPC deaths could be coming to Youtube very soon!

Double dungeoneering weekend =/

Whilst most of the RS population was getting some amazing double dungeoneering exp, I was stuck at work, all weekend, 9-6, and then spent the evening doing some more interesting stuff- still a bit annoyed at the timing of this thing- my busiest weekend in months >.<

Oh well, only about 30m exp to 120 dungeoneering and comp cape!




Player owned ports are turning out to be a very interesting addition to the game so far, keeping me logging in and interested :)

EOC arrives today.

Not sure how it's going to pan out for my 120 Dungeoneering plans, but it'll be a change.

Only 2 things left for completionist, yes, TWO!

120 dg being one, and a music track from a certain varrock pub being the final one. (The dancing donkey inn, apparently a wordplay on "the prancing pony" from LOTR, which I though was an amusing parallel to the "Pony" part of my character's name.

Hex, finally!

After getting 113 Dungeoneering this morning, with a Primal 2 Hander bound, after 2 floors my hunt for the Hexhunter bow has finally concluded!!

Maxed out!

Finally, the Max cape is mine!

 Finally got 99 mining, Jagex has definitely made the game easier to level, I was on consistent 60k/h at LRC hopping at my own personal rock, I was using the golden mining suit+dragon pick so that might've helped a bit too :)

Almost on 12m agility and fishing exp!
The plan is to get to about 200k off 99 agility, then go back to barbarian fishing, completing challenges as I go.
I also want to get my agility higher than my fishing since fishing is a slower skill- so I can use my tears of guthix xp reward on that instead!

Should be maxing within a few days aaaahhh!

Almost 2450 total, Max cape here I come..

Only 100k to 99 woodcutting and 2250 total, I haven't posted much cos I've started University at the beginning of the month, and also went away for a week in the middle of September.

I'm starting to get fed up of the game recently, I strongly disagree with the SoF/SGS updates, the frequency, quality and ethics of them have lost me a massive amount of respect for JaGEX as a company, and seeing the livestreams and the failure that was Botany Bay have only contributed to solidifying that opinion.

Anyway, rant over- off to get 2450!

99 fletching achieved, as well as 110 dungeoneering, only 61 levels to max cape and another 10 plus extras for completionist!

Two 99's in a day!

At last I've hit my long term goal of 99 slayer, and to sweeten the deal i also finished off 99 crafting to bring my level total to 2400!

I also got my temple trekking completed at last, 5 hours well spent and now im a taskmaster!

I'm also a mere 134k to 106 dungeoneering, and have recently bound myself a blood necklace over my primal platelegs until I can get my hands on a hexhunter bow! (My dungeon clan focuses on DPS and faster floors rather than big defence bonuses, primal platebody is plenty.

Still haven't touched Temple Trekking, and have no plans to any time soon!

The EOC beta is looking interesting, though many changes are necessary I feel, so we shall see..

Idling along

This is just a mini-update, since I haven't really done much ingame for the past few weeks (Thanks to Diablo III)

I've got myself 96 fletching and almost reset my dungeoneering progress (will get level 105 on my next runthrough)
I also gained a slayer level, got myself another fire cape, killed the corp a couple of times and unsuccessfully spun the squeal of fortune(neptune), though I managed to get a fish mask on a spare account which was f2p.. Oh jagex how you troll me!

Anyway, I'm still yet to finish temple trekking for my taskmaster (damn you Rolayne Twickit and Smiddi Ryak!)

I'm just gonna chip away at trekking, dungeoneering and skilling.

99 Firemaking

Just a quickie, I got myself 99 firemaking- courtesy of the Jadinko lair!
I might go for 15M exp though, since I still have about 1000 fiyr shades to burn if i want to complete my necromancer robes set (got the top from one set piece from 500 remains so far)
